What's a "platform group"?
A group is a bundle of up to 7 connected social accounts — and you choose the mix. Connect one account on each of the 7 supported platforms (1 Facebook Page + 1 Instagram + 1 LinkedIn + …), or load it however suits you (e.g. 7 Facebook Pages, or 5 Instagram accounts + 2 LinkedIn). More groups = manage more brands or clients side by side.
Is "unlimited posts" really unlimited?
Yes, for normal use — schedule and publish as much as you like across all your connected accounts. A generous fair-use limit (100 posts/day per workspace) is in place only to stop automated spam, which protects every customer's standing with the social platforms. No real user ever reaches it; if you genuinely need more, just email us.
What happens after 15 days to my files?
The uploaded image/video files are auto-deleted to keep things lean. Your captions, schedule and the published post links stay forever, so your history is never lost.
Do I need a credit card to try?
No. Start the 7-day trial free. Add a card only when you decide to continue — you're never charged during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
