Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mora service (“Service”) operated by Mora (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Mora is a social-media scheduling and AI content tool. It lets you connect third-party social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, YouTube), draft posts, generate AI-assisted content such as captions, and schedule publication at times you choose. The exact feature set may vary by plan and over time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You must own or have permission to publish all content you upload

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and session tokens
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access — founder@morapost.com
• Providing accurate and complete information at sign-up

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringes intellectual property
• Publish spam, malware, phishing, or other deceptive content
• Use the Service to publish on behalf of accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to manage
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or paywalls
• Use the Service to generate or distribute CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that targets minors
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use AI features to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policy

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and reporting to law enforcement where required.

4.1 Fair use of "unlimited" publishing

Paid plans include unlimited scheduling and publishing for ordinary use. To protect the standing of all customers with the connected social platforms (which enforce their own posting limits), we apply a fair-use ceiling of 100 published posts per day per workspace. This threshold sits far above any normal usage and exists solely to prevent automated abuse and spam. Posts beyond the daily ceiling are deferred to the next day. If your legitimate workflow requires a higher limit, contact founder@morapost.com and we will accommodate reasonable requests.

5. Third-party platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, or YouTube to Mora, you are also bound by that platform’s terms. We are not responsible for any action a third-party platform takes against your accounts, including suspension or content removal. Tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time in Settings.

6. Content ownership and licence

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or generate. By using the Service you grant Mora a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g. publishing to the platforms you connect, storing on Cloudflare R2, generating AI-assisted content).

AI-generated outputs created through Mora are yours to use commercially, subject to the underlying model provider’s terms (currently OpenAI).

7. Subscriptions and payment

• Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required
• Paid plans bill monthly or yearly via Stripe; you may cancel at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice — your current period is honored at the prior price

8. AI usage limits

AI-assisted features (where available on your plan) are subject to monthly usage quotas. When you exceed a quota, the relevant AI feature becomes unavailable until the next billing period or until you upgrade. Quotas are tracked per workspace and reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via /delete-data or Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action (e.g. abuse, security threat, court order).

On termination, all data is deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy §4).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT POSTS WILL PUBLISH SUCCESSFULLY ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR USEFUL.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mora from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Mora. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Where local law mandates a different forum (e.g. consumer protection statutes in your country), that law governs.
